Derek Kreunen brings a wealth of executive and business experience to JustEnough.
In 1987, after qualifying with a degree in Engineering, Derek founded Ixchange - a software company serving the securities industry. As CEO and post a merger in 1996, Derek co-founded FrontRange Limited which he led to an IPO in 1997.
FrontRange Ltd. grew from 30 to over 1,000 employees operating globally across 6 continents, completing over 10 company acquisitions. FrontRange in North America is the owner of the Goldmine CRM and Heat Help Desk software solutions.
Resigning as CEO of FrontRange Ltd. to found CodeCapital in 2001, Derek remained active on the Board of Directors until 2006 when FrontRange Ltd. was sold to Francisco Partners for $200 million.
Derek is Chairman of CodeCapital – a private equity company that pursues control orientated investments in software companies where it can create shareholder value based on building a business with strong sustainable characteristics.
Derek also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of JustEnough Mobile Solutions and RetailTribe.
Malcolm is President & CEO of JustEnough Software Corporation, a leading provider of Demand Management solutions. Under his leadership, JustEnough has brought together a new generation technology set that solves the analytical, planning and execution challenges of today’s retail and consumer products markets. Malcolm brings over 30 years of experience transforming businesses using technology.
In executive leadership roles at Gemini Consulting and PriceWaterhouse, Malcolm has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, SABMiller and Holiday Inn on all aspects of business strategy and operational transformation. Malcolm was also Chief Operating Officer at Ixchange Technology Holdings, which was later rebranded as FrontRange Solutions. Together with Derek Kreunen (CEO of Ixchange) they formed CodeCapital, a private equity company that pursues control-orientated investments in software companies where it can create shareholder value based on building a business with strong sustainable characteristics. Code Capital went on to acquire the JustEnough group of companies and Malcolm serves as President & CEO of CodeCapital.
Malcolm holds a Masters in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh.
Caroline brings to JustEnough more than 20 years of experience in a variety of product marketing and management roles in the technology market – from early-stage firms to publicly traded, large enterprise software leaders. With a proven track record of building brands and generating market awareness and demand for software solutions, Caroline is responsible for the full spectrum of marketing functions at JustEnough, including branding, communications, analyst relations, public relations and demand generation.
Prior to joining JustEnough, Caroline led solutions marketing at JDA Software. Previously, she served as Vice President of Product Marketing and Alliances at Manugistics, a well-known leader in the supply chain management software market. Caroline also served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Deltek and CMO of Epok. Caroline holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Scranton and a M.S. in Business from Johns Hopkins University.
As CFO, Robert oversees JustEnough’s accounting, financial reporting, payroll and benefits. Robert has experience across many industries including manufacturing, technology, real estate management and education. He brings nearly a decade of experience to JustEnough across compliance, budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and reporting, payroll, benefits and accounting.
Robert holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Chapman University and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University.
As Vice President of New Business Initiatives, Dan is responsible for managing the research and creation of new product lines, specializing in Marketing and Social Media solutions. Dan brings over 18 years of experience in the advertising and promotion technology marketplace to JustEnough. He possesses a high degree of domain expertise in solutions that relate to the planning, management and analysis of promotions.
Prior to joining JustEnough, Dan held senior executive positions with DemandTec and Connect3 Systems. He has also co-founded several technology start-ups that focus on web and mobile solutions.
Dan attended Liberty University and California State University at Northridge.
Doug brings over 15 years of enterprise applications software experience to JustEnough including leadership positions in sales, pre-sales, product marketing and product development.
Doug’s experience includes new business development in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) markets with tenures at Oracle, Quest Software and Logility.
Doug holds bachelor degrees from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia in Economics and Russian and a Masters of Science Degree in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
As Vice President of Business Development, John is responsible for JustEnough’s Microsoft Dynamics partnership. John brings to JustEnough 30 years of management, sales and channel experience with companies including Oracle, SAP, Escalate Retail, E3 Corporation and Ross Systems. His experience includes over 14 years of providing merchandising, planning and optimization solutions to leading retailers, suppliers and manufacturers.
John holds a BA in Managerial Economics from Marietta College in Ohio.
As Vice President of Implementation Services, Mark provides project management oversight for professional services engagements and is responsible for ensuring that client projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Mark has over 15 years of experience in systems development, packaged software implementation, data analysis and strategic consulting. He has held roles at Staples, BJ’s Wholesale and TJX Companies. His experience includes building strong relationships across multiple functional areas to achieve project and corporate goals. He has served as a strategic consultant for internal business units and external clients. Mark has a proven track record of performing in-depth operational analysis of business unit activities and translating that analysis into tangible process improvement objectives, both systemic and operational.
Mark holds a BA from St. Anselm College and an MBA from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
As Vice President of Professional Services, Roderick is responsible for all aspects of JustEnough’s services including customer, technical and implementation services. His team ensures client satisfaction from implementation kick-off through on-going support.
Roderick has been involved with supply chain and business process consulting for over a decade and his experience spans a breadth of industry verticals across retail, wholesale and direct-to-consumer. Roderick assists customers in understanding the advantages of leveraging technology to improve their current operations and efficiency. He has led and been involved with implementations of JustEnough solutions at leading brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, Levi’s and Estee Lauder.
He holds a degree in Computer Information Systems, Marketing and Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand.
As Vice President of Product Strategy, Peter is responsible for driving the direction and design of the JustEnough Demand Management suite of products and leads the JustEnough pre-sales team.
Peter is passionate about making retail planning as flexible and straightforward as possible. Working closely with JustEnough’s customers, Peter drives rapid product innovation which keeps JustEnough and our customers on the leading edge. He is a thought leader in the area of retail planning and is frequently published in leading industry publications.
Peter has implemented JustEnough solutions with customers across five continents and designed solutions for customers including Levi Strauss, Abercrombie & Fitch, Chanel, Lands’ End, Kathmandu, Go Outdoors and Mr Price.
Peter holds an honors degree specializing in Computer Information Systems from the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
As Vice President of Development, Wikus is responsible for managing the design and delivery of JustEnough’s flexible, scalable and highly user-friendly products. He brings to JustEnough over 15 years of experience in leading high-performing software development teams.
Wikus combines both Agile and Prototyping development methodologies to rapidly deliver innovative new versions of JustEnough’s solutions. He is skilled in the delivery of scalable multi-tier architectures and both web and client-based user experiences using the Microsoft technology stack, including the .NET framework and SQL Server.
Wikus received his education in Computer Systems Engineering from the Tswane University of Technology.
Iain brings over 30 years of retail experience to JustEnough. As Regional Director for Europe, Iain is responsible for the continued growth of JustEnough’s business in that region. Prior to joining JustEnough, Iain was a founding director at Retail Express in addition to holding positions at Revionics, Armature and Retek (now Oracle Retail), in diverse roles including Business Development, Consulting, Presales, Product Management and Development, and Operations, providing solutions for Asda, B&Q, Harrods, Debenhams and many other leading retailers.
Keith brings to JustEnough extensive retail industry experience and a thorough understanding of the issues facing retailers in today’s competitive market. In his role as European Sales Director, Keith is responsible for driving new business in the region as well as the continued management of current customers.
Prior to joining JustEnough, Keith worked for the Sears Group where he was responsible for managing a team rolling out Epos to over 1,200 High Street footwear stores. He also has over a decade of experience selling software and services to tier 1 and tier 2 retailers across the U.K., Europe, the Middle East and South Africa for software companies including JDA Software.
In his role as Sales Director for Africa and Asia Pacific, Greg is responsible for driving new business in these regions, as well as the account management of current customers. Greg is based in the JustEnough office in Johannesburg, South Africa and has been with JustEnough for 8 years.
Prior to joining JustEnough, Greg worked for software and IT-related companies for 16 years and brings a thorough understanding of the demand planning challenges retailers and distributors face and the strategies they can leverage to drive business results. Greg holds a software diploma from Damelin College.
Sean brings 18 years of retail and consulting expertise to JustEnough and has worked closely with many of the world’s leading retailers including Target, Victoria’s Secret, Best Buy, HEB, Office Depot, RadioShack, 20th Century FOX, Rite Aid, 7-Eleven, Yodobashi, Monoprix, Grupo and Pão de Açúcar.
Prior to joining JustEnough, Sean held senior level positions at CalmSeaInc, IRi, DemandTec/IBM and Proctor & Gamble. Sean holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
