Derek Kreunen
Chairman
Derek Kreunen brings a wealth of executive and business experience to JustEnough Software Corporation.
In 1987, after qualifying with a degree in Engineering, Derek founded Ixchange - a software company serving the securities industry. As CEO and post a merger in 1996, Derek co-founded FrontRange Limited which he led to an IPO in 1997.
FrontRange Ltd. grew from 30 to over 1,000 employees operating globally across 6 continents, completing over 10 company acquisitions. FrontRange in North America is the owner of the Goldmine CRM and Heat Help Desk software solutions.
Resigning as CEO of FrontRange Ltd. to found CodeCapital in 2001, Derek remained active on the Board of Directors until 2006 when FrontRange Ltd. was sold to Francisco Partners for $200 million.
Derek is Chairman of CodeCapital – a private equity company that pursues control orientated investments in software companies where it can create shareholder value based on building a business with strong sustainable characteristics.
Derek also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of JustEnough Mobile Solutions and RetailTribe.
Heidi Fischer
Regional Vice President – Africa
As General Manager of the Africa region of JustEnough, Heidi is tasked with running the overall operations, as well as sales, support, professional services and education.
Heidi has held a number of leadership positions in the IT applications industry, including Operations Director at Intellient (a division of EOH South Africa), SME Director at Pebbletree Consulting (a division of Dimension data) and Director at Quartet Solutions.
Heidi has extensive experience in establishing, building and leading teams. She has been involved in selling and deploying business improvement initiatives through the use of technology at customers including Sasol, Anglo American, Unilever, Sappi, Toyota, Coca-Cola and Firstrand Group.
Caroline Proctor
Vice President of Marketing
Caroline brings to JustEnough more than 20 years of experience in a variety of product marketing and management roles in the technology market – from early-stage firms to publicly traded, large enterprise software leaders. With a proven track record of building brands and generating market awareness and demand for software solutions, Caroline is responsible for the full spectrum of marketing functions at JustEnough, including branding, communications, analyst relations, public relations and demand generation.
Prior to joining JustEnough, Caroline led solutions marketing at JDA Software. Previously, she served as Vice President of Product Marketing and Alliances at Manugistics, a well-known leader in the supply chain management software market. Caroline also served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Deltek and CMO of Epok. Caroline holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Scranton and a M.S. in Business from Johns Hopkins University.
Doug Daniels
Vice President of Business Development
Doug brings over 15 years of enterprise applications software experience to JustEnough including leadership positions in sales, pre-sales, product marketing and product development.
Doug’s experience includes new business development in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) markets with tenures at Oracle, Quest Software and Logility.
Doug holds bachelor degrees from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia in Economics and Russian and a Masters of Science Degree in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Daniel Lepke
Vice President of Sales - Mobile Solutions
Daniel started his software career with IBM where he was responsible for new business development for the Cognos software brand. Most recently he was a sales director at Sermo, the world's largest online physician community.
Daniel earned his bachelor's degree in Communication, from Arizona State University.
Wikus van Dyk
Vice President of Development
Wikus brings more than 10 years of experience in software development and design to his role as Vice President of Development at JustEnough. In this role, Wikus is responsible for managing the delivery of all software product features and releases as well as building, testing and reviewing software that provides customers with sophisticated and user-friendly technology.
Wikus received his education in Computer Systems Engineering from the Tswane University of Technology.
Peter Leith
Director of Product Strategy
Peter joined the JustEnough professional services team in 2005 after completing an honors degree specializing in Computer Information Systems from the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
Peter has led significant retail projects at clients such as Blains Farm and Fleet, Levi Strauss USA, Strandbags (Australia) and Go Outdoors (U.K.). In 2009 Peter was the lead project manager for the implementation of the full JustEnough suite at Levi Strauss Asia Pacific Division across 10,000 stores and a retail assortment planning process from high-level demand planning through to execution replenishment.
In his current role, Peter is responsible for leading the development and direction of JustEnough’s retail planning solutions.
Malcolm Buxton
President & CEO
Malcolm is President & CEO of JustEnough Software Corporation, a leading provider of Demand Management solutions. Under his leadership, JustEnough has brought together a new generation technology set that solves the analytical, planning and execution challenges of today’s retail and consumer products markets. Malcolm brings over 30 years of experience transforming businesses using technology.
In executive leadership roles at Gemini Consulting and PriceWaterhouse, Malcolm has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, SABMiller, and Holiday Inn on all aspects of business strategy and operational transformation. In the late 90s Malcolm became Chief Operating Officer at Ixchange Technology Holdings, which was later rebranded as FrontRange Solutions. Together with Derek Kreunen (CEO of Ixchange) they formed CodeCapital, a private equity venture that went on to acquire the JustEnough group of companies. Malcolm holds a Masters in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh.

Malcolm also serves as a Director on the Board of Directors of JustEnough Mobile Solutions and RetailTribe.
Mark Morris
Vice President of Mobile Solutions
Mark brings to JustEnough a sales and marketing background in the CPG industry. As VP of JustEnough Mobile Solutions, Mark drives the mobile solution roadmap and provides leadership for strategic client implementations. Continual engagement with leading consumer goods brands combined with a passion for applying leading-edge technology to solving business problems, keeps Mark at the forefront of mobile sales and trade marketing strategies.
Prior to joining JustEnough, Mark was a founding director of Jam Warehouse, Knowledge Tree and CEO of Kinetic Marketing Delivery Systems. Before this he worked for Diageo-related companies in marketing management positions responsible for prestigious brands such as J&B, Smirnoff, Jack Daniel’s and Southern Comfort.
Mark has qualifications in Marketing Management from Cape Tech, Project Management through AGN and an MBA from the University of Cape Town.
Greg Marmulak
Vice President of Professional Services
Greg is presently the Vice President of Professional Services, Sales & Operations Planning at JustEnough. He specializes in supply chain optimization including, but not limited to, the areas of demand planning, inventory management, replenishment planning, supply/vendor planning, collaboration, and sales & operations planning.
Prior to joining the JustEnough team, Greg worked at Logility as an Implementation Manager. He successfully managed, developed, and delivered business solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to the 3 years at Logility, Greg was the Director of Supply Chain Management for SDI, a major Industrial MRO service provider for companies such as Coors, John Deere, Honeywell and Kellogg’s.
Greg has managed and been involved in delivering substantial improvements in supply chain operations to more than 30 companies. Recent successes with clients include increasing fill-rates from 91% to 99%; streamlining and reducing planner workload by 33%; and increasing service levels increase from 65% to 80%.
Greg holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue, a BS in Physics and Math as well as an Engineering Certificate, CAS, from Acadia University.
John Wehrheim
Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, John is responsible for JustEnough’s Microsoft Dynamics partnership. John brings to JustEnough 30 years of management, sales and channel experience with companies including Oracle, SAP, Escalate Retail, E3 Corporation and Ross Systems. His experience includes over 14 years of providing merchandising, planning and optimization solutions to leading retailers, suppliers and manufacturers.
Johan Otto
Vice President of Mobile Solutions Development
Johan brings more than 11 years of specialization in system design from presentation layer to business components to his role as VP of Mobile Solutions Development. In this role, Johan is responsible for all aspects of designing, building, testing and delivering leading edge mobile solutions.
His past experience includes developing software for CRM, ERP, middleware, transportation planning, demand planning and inventory optimization. His passions include advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, multi-agent systems, mobile systems and application frameworks for business and platform independence.
Roderick Fok
Director of Professional Services
Roderick has been involved with supply chain and business process consulting for more than eight years. His experience spans a breadth of industry verticals, ranging from Food and Beverage retailers, eCommerce distributors, Consumer Packaged Products and Apparel and Consumer Retail.
Having a background in Computer Information Systems, Marketing and Accounting, Roderick assists customers in understanding the advantages of leveraging technology to improve their current operations and efficiency.
Roderick currently oversees client implementations to ensure each project’s ROI initiatives are being met throughout the implementation process and once the customer begins using the solution.
Roderick holds a degree in Computer Information Systems, Marketing and Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand.
