JOB PURPOSE

The Business Solution Consultant (BSC) is responsible for understanding our Retail & Wholesale clients unique business process, documenting requirements and functional configuration elements, supporting client business owners, solution testing and training retail super users on how to use the new software. It is important that the person in this role has a firm grasp and demonstrated experience of retail concepts and methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Defines and documents customer business functions and processes. Include future business processes, all expected and required calculations, screen mock-ups, Excel data representations and definition of success samples.
  • Lead design sessions, and best practice recommendations regarding achieving identified business challenges using the JE Software. If you know what they’re asking will cause them difficulty in the future, diplomatically lead them toward an appropriate alternative solution.
  • Work with Project Manager and Delivery leadership to develop a project plan, budget, scope, charter and manage scope creep including identification of risks and issues
  • Acts as a liaison between client end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, and JustEnough resources in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of JE system to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of retail and wholesale concepts (open-to-buy planning, merchandise planning, assortment planning, replenishment & allocation, demand forecasting, inventory planning) with clearly demonstrated business acumen.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to with a proven ability to facilitate design sessions and cross functional collaboration
  • Software implementation experience either in consulting or as part of client implementation team
  • 3 – 5 years Retail Experience with preferable experience across a number of capabilities (Allocation, Replenishment, Forecasting, Merchandise Planning)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time in support of the client implementations

Bonus Skills and Experience

  • Previous consulting experience with a top tier technology consulting firm
  • Knowledge of data modeling / database structure

JOB PURPOSE

The Technical Solution Consultant (TSC) is responsible for data integration between client systems and the JustEnough system, configuration of requirements identified during the solution design process, defect resolution during the UAT phase and post go live support. It is important that the person in this role has a basic understanding of retail concepts and methodologies, has good problem solving skills and has the ability to work independently without a lot of supervision. This role also requires a strong background in Microsoft SQL.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Document correspondence, decisions and other communications with client.
  • Defines and documents technical integration and system architecture.
  • Lead integration sessions. This will involve explaining the JustEnough data specification document to guide the client technical team in creating the interfaces used to feed data to JustEnough.
  • Supports the JustEnough Business Consultant to determine the feasibility of custom features/enhancements to ensure they can be accommodated by the JustEnough system.
  • Document any changes necessary to data interfaces based on requirements defined in business design sessions.
  • Work with the JustEnough Business Consultant to translate the business requirements to tasks that will be completed during the configuration phase.
  • Aided by the Director/Architect, develops the Technical Solution Design Document.
  • Development using SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Management Studio and the JustEnough front end application to build the data integration and processes required to support the business design.
  • Supports user acceptance testing by investigating and resolving defects identified by users.
  • Work with the JustEnough Business consultant to reproduce issues identified during testing, correct the issues and present the fix to the Business consultant for re-testing.
  • Provide post go-live support along with the JustEnough Business consultant.
  • Document system setup and lead handover session to the JustEnough Support team.

  • Proven ability to facilitate data integration sessions with a client and document guide them in creating data interfaces
  • Analytical thinker with strong math and problem-solving skills
  • Business Software experience – either working for a software company or implementing a major business software package as a consultant or as a client.
  • Basic knowledge in some key areas of the retail industry:
    • Financial and open-to-buy planning
    • Merchandise planning
    • Assortment planning
    • Replenishment & allocation
    • Demand forecasting
    • Inventory planning
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Education – minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

We are looking for a Vice President of Operations to be responsible for the Cloud Services, Client Support and Quality Assurance Global teams at JustEnough Software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Global Customer Cloud Services, Software Maintenance & Support and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Manage the supervisors within Support and QA departments and delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Define standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics, while implementing innovative techniques, service methodologies, metrics and strategies to ensure JustEnough exceeds the needs of our clients.
  • Communicates across functions and teams with various levels of leadership throughout the organization.
  • Provide regular reporting of metrics including recommendations to improve performance.
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met during production.
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategy for our software applications.
  • Execute upon the testing strategy of processes and products while working with distributed teams.
  • Work closely with the Software Development team to understand and certify new software releases.
  • Review business and functional requirements documents in order to create appropriate test documentation.
  • Oversee test engineering team to develop test documentation, execute tests, and monitor results while producing high quality deliverables.
  • Participate in appropriate testing discussions and efforts in order to develop and maintain best practices.
  • Stay current on new technologies and implement next-generation automation tools and best practices.
  • Stay on top of all project status, resource planning, risks, blockers and always tracking to the delivery dates.
  • Enforce & educate the team on processes and operations.
  • Monitor the teams’ progress and remove any performance obstacles.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and the solutions management team and ensure that requirements are successfully met.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of hands on and managerial experience in a SaaS, call center and operations, processes and technologies with specific experience in implementing service capabilities.
  • Experience within the Retail industry required including cloud services, Rackspace, AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud.
  • Ability to be hands on when needed in the setup/configuring/maintaining testing environments including setting up IIS and .Net Web Services and tracing data movement through backend SQL stored procedures and functions.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to all stakeholders.
  • Applies expert knowledge of processes and resource management to perform analytical and technical tasks on PC systems, IT infrastructure and network environment.
  • Applies expert understanding of customer service techniques as required to address IT issues.
  • Proven ability to manage a geographically dispersed departments.
  • Experience in software testing methodology both manual and automated.
  • Former positions held managing a global workforce in an agile environment.
  • Hands on implementation experience with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
