  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategy for our software applications.
  • Execute upon the testing strategy working with distributed teams in an agile environment.
  • Trace data movement through backend SQL stored procedures and functions.
  • Setup/configure/maintain testing environments including setting up IIS and .Net Web Services.
  • Work close with Development team to understand and certify new software releases.
  • Review business and functional requirements documents in order to create appropriate test documentation.
  • Develop test documentation, execute tests, and monitor results.
  • Participate in appropriate testing discussions and efforts in order to develop and maintain best practices.

The Business Solution Consultant (BSC) is responsible for understanding our Retail & Wholesale clients unique business process, documenting requirements and functional configuration elements, supporting client business owners, solution testing and training retail super users on how to use the new software. It is important that the person in this role has a firm grasp and demonstrated experience of retail concepts and methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Defines and documents customer business functions and processes. Include future business processes, all expected and required calculations, screen mock-ups, Excel data representations and definition of success samples.
  • Lead design sessions, and best practice recommendations regarding achieving identified business challenges using the JE Software. If you know what they’re asking will cause them difficulty in the future, diplomatically lead them toward an appropriate alternative solution.
  • Work with Project Manager and Delivery leadership to develop a project plan, budget, scope, charter and manage scope creep including identification of risks and issues.
  • Acts as a liaison between client end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, and JustEnough resources in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of JE system to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


  • Knowledge of retail and wholesale concepts (open-to-buy planning, merchandise planning, assortment planning, replenishment & allocation, demand forecasting, inventory planning) with clearly demonstrated business acumen.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to with a proven ability to facilitate design sessions and cross functional collaboration.
  • Software implementation experience either in consulting or as part of client implementation team.
  • 3 – 5 years Retail Experience with preferable experience across a number of capabilities (Allocation, Replenishment, Forecasting, Merchandise Planning).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time in support of the client implementations.

  • Previous consulting experience with a top tier technology consulting firm.

The Customer Service Analyst will fill a key role within our growing business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing hands on customer support by reviewing customer support tickets and identifying problem areas.

The Technical Solution Consultant (TSC) is responsible for data integration between client systems and the JustEnough system, configuration of requirements identified during the solution design process, defect resolution during the UAT phase and post go live support. It is important that the person in this role has a basic understanding of retail concepts and methodologies, has good problem solving skills and has the ability to work independently without a lot of supervision. This role also requires a strong background in Microsoft SQL.


  • Document correspondence, decisions and other communications with client.
  • Defines and documents technical integration and system architecture.
  • Lead integration sessions. This will involve explaining the JustEnough data specification document to guide the client technical team in creating the interfaces used to feed data to JustEnough.
  • Supports the JustEnough Business Consultant to determine the feasibility of custom features/enhancements to ensure they can be accommodated by the JustEnough system.
  • Document any changes necessary to data interfaces based on requirements defined in business design sessions.
  • Work with the JustEnough Business Consultant to translate the business requirements to tasks that will be completed during the configuration phase.
  • Aided by the Director/Architect, develops the Technical Solution Design Document.
  • Development using SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Management Studio and the JustEnough front end application to build the data integration and processes required to support the business design.
  • Supports user acceptance testing by investigating and resolving defects identified by users.
  • Work with the JustEnough Business consultant to reproduce issues identified during testing, correct the issues and present the fix to the Business consultant for re-testing.
  • Provide post go-live support along with the JustEnough Business consultant.
  • Document system setup and lead handover session to the JustEnough Support team.

  • Proven ability to facilitate data integration sessions with a client and document guide them in creating data interfaces
  • Analytical thinker with strong math and problem-solving skills
  • Business Software experience – either working for a software company or implementing a major business software package as a consultant or as a client.
  • Basic knowledge in some key areas of the retail industry:
    • Financial and open-to-buy planning
    • Merchandise planning
    • Assortment planning
