JustEnough provides training and education so you can learn all the ins and outs of using your JustEnough solution. With three different programs, you can choose the learning method that works best for your business. Read training materials at your own pace, go face-to-face in our classroom seminars or have us come to you with customized training at your location.

Gold: Classroom Seminars

If you prefer more hands-on training, learn in a group setting with colleagues and other JustEnough customers. We offer classroom seminars in both Durham, North Carolina and Newport Beach, California.
Platinum: Private Classes
Since learning styles vary by company, we train how you want to be trained, whether it's through classroom sessions, lunch ‘n learns, one-on-ones, train-the-trainers or all of them combined. You can choose to have these classes either on-site or remotely.

Implementation by JustEnough
For those who want JustEnough to manage all or some of the phases of implementation
If JustEnough’s training isn’t enough, then let us handle part or all of the implementation for you. We’ll come to your location for a hands-on, in-depth approach. Our implementation methodology has four phases, each of which takes you one level further through the implementation process. We’ll work with you to structure the implementation plan that is right for your business and your budget.
Phase I Plan the Work
Implementation Kick-Off and Discovery
The objective of this step is to lay the foundation for the project. We’ll build the framework and strategy that will be used by the team during the implementation. During the kick-off, the project scope, success criteria, organizational team structure, internal and external resource requirements, risk factors, project constraints and implementation phasing are established. The result is a high-level implementation project plan designed with your company’s needs in mind.
Core Team Training
The training is a one- to two-day session that encompasses the fundamentals of distribution and/or retail planning. This portion of the project also includes hands-on navigational training for the JustEnough solution(s) you selected.
Business Solution Design
The objective of this step is to develop a business process that achieves the critical success factors and business requirements identified during the implementation kick-off. Once you reach this stage, JustEnough’s experience using the solution(s) you selected plus industry best practices are combined with your own knowledge of your company and business environment resulting in the most appropriate business solution design for your business.
Phase II Work the Plan
Business Solution Discovery
The objective of this step is to focus on designing and constructing a small-scale proof of concept using a representative subset of your business data. This step allows the team to prove that they are able to attain their goals and objectives, while making any adjustments to the plan that are needed to ensure project success.
Business Process Review
The Business Process Review step marks the end of the discovery phase. During this milestone event, the core team presents their newly defined business process definitions to the team for sign-off. Upon process sign-off, the Data and Process Validation phase of the project begins.
Data and Process Validation and Sign-off
The Data and Process Validation step of the implementation is the most important and time sensitive, as it is often the bottleneck of going live. This step typically takes two to three weeks and allows the team to monitor processing performance, review data integrity and begin conducting simulations of “day-in-the-life” activities in a realistic pre-production environment.
Phase III Production Rollout
End-User Training
The documented business process definitions are assembled and used as the end-user training material. It is recommended that the core team perform the training themselves; however, the JustEnough consultant assigned to your project is available to facilitate the training if needed.
Parallel Testing/User Acceptance Testing
Parallel Testing is the final test period to ensure that all processes, users and solutions are working properly. At the end of this stage the decision to go live is made.
Go-Live Readiness Review
This review is a day-long event in which the JustEnough Professional Services team assesses the readiness of the solution(s) designated to go live. A milestone report is presented for sign-off.
Go Live The JustEnough solution(s) is moved into production and taken live.
Phase IV Post-Implementation
Customer Support Turnover
Once the solution is live, JustEnough turns over all further support from Professional Services to Customer Support. In preparation, all implementation documentation is assembled into a single document called the Customer Support Turnover Guide.
Solution Audit
The JustEnough Professional Services team follows up with your company several months after go live to check on the integrity of the solution. The objective is to make sure that the system is still running smoothly and that all implementation requirements have been met. Typically, performance metrics will be reviewed at this time to ensure that the quantitative goals you set are being attained.
