Can I try out the application before I sign-up?

Yes you can try out the application on the iPad before you sign-up. To try it out, download the application from the Apple App Store. Launch the application and click on the “Demo Mode” button. The “Demo Mode” is preloaded with sample data. You can navigate through the application, but please note that the demo mode is read only.

How does the free trial work?

If you cancel your plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancelation. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30-day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply click on the "Account Info" in "My Account" on the JustEnough website and you'll see your options.

Can I add or remove users at any time?

Account owners and Admins can add people to the application. To add or delete a person, log into your account and click on Manage Users. Click on Invite a new user or Delete and follow the instructions.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. JustEnough Mobile for NetSuite is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay on your starting anniversary date month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for your current month, but you won't be billed again.

Are there any set-up fees?

No. Integration with NetSuite is no cost to you.

What payment types do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept Purchase Orders, checks, invoices to be paid at a later date or take an order over the phone.

How does the expansion plan work?

If you plan to use JustEnough Mobile for NetSuite for more than 100 users, then you’ll need the Expansion Plan. The Expansion Plan is purchased in 100-user packs. For example, if you need 175 users, then you would purchase the 200-user Expansion Plan. Later on if you decide to add more employees to make 250 users, then you would upgrade to the 300-user Expansion Plan.

Our state-of-the-art computer servers are protected by biometric protocols and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all Sales Forecasting for NetSuite plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
