Another Record Year

Year in Review: A Message From JustEnough CEO Malcolm Buxton

Malcolm BuxtonLooking back, 2013 proved to be another record year for JustEnough. Total revenues were up 82% taking our annual average growth rate over the last five years to 42%. License revenues were up 158% compared with 2012 and Cloud revenues were up 66% as more companies move to adopting cloud-based solutions.

We also added a substantial number of new customers worldwide, including: Mr Price and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in South Africa; Bestway in the U.K.; Movado, Golfsmith, Altrec, Event Network, Lucky Vitamin, Bealls, Nortek and Alco Stores in North America. And a number of existing customers licensed additional JustEnough modules including Provide Commerce.

In order to support our growing customer base, we increased staff by 40% with the majority of these new team members dedicated to professional services, support and product strategy and development. And to house this larger team, we relocated our headquarters to Irvine, CA. We also opened a new office in London and added several very experienced retail professionals to our European team. With a solid customer base already in place in Europe, 2013 was the perfect time for JustEnough to enlarge our footprint and bring more resources to both current and prospective customers.

In working with retailers of all types and sizes, we found that promotions are top of mind for retail executives vying for greater market share and profits while trying to respond to today's consumer price sensitivity. In response to the market's need for a modern promotion management offering, we launched our Promotion Management solution in 2012. Last year we expanded that solution to include Deal Management and Social Media and Mobile marketing and are now offering them as part of our Enterprise Marketing Management suite of products. This solution is uniquely positioned to help retailers analyze past promotions; accurately plan and forecast new campaigns, events and promotions; publish them across traditional and new channels; as well as integrate them into their merchandise, assortment, forecasting, allocation and replenishment planning processes. These results underscore my belief that our solutions help today's modern retailers compete in the rapidly evolving and competitive omni-channel world. Our longtime and newest customers all know they can count on us to continue to develop solutions that will help them address their biggest challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

In closing, I thank our customers, partners and JustEnough team for making 2013 another record year. Your support pushes JustEnough to constantly innovate our solutions so that we can continue to uniquely solve today's demand problems and deliver value to leading retail, wholesale and direct-to-consumer businesses worldwide. We look forward to sharing trends and news with you throughout 2014.

JustEnough Welcomes New Customers

Bealls was founded in 1915 and now operates more than 530 stores in 14 states offering a broad assortment of brand name clothing, swimwear, accessories and home goods. With Bealls' existing systems, delivering strong, focused product presentations and excellent in-stocks required a high inventory investment and was very time consuming.

Bealls was looking for a more robust forecasting and replenishment solution that could help them to continue to maintain a high level of customer service by helping identify and shift inventory investment into the styles and sizes that customers want. JustEnough was selected based on the solution's ability to be intelligently automatic and provide a superior level of control. Also, the intuitive and user-friendly interface is expected to accelerate user adoption.

Bealls licensed JustEnough's Replenishment and Profiling modules and will be deploying OnCloud.
