Rackspace
In partnership with Rackspace, our OnDemand servers are backed by a promise
of 100% network uptime and high standards for security. To ensure the network uptime
promise, Rackspace provides multiple redundancies in the flow of information to
and from their datacenters by partnering with nine network providers. Rackspace
also undergoes SAS 70, Type II audits.
For security we cover three critical areas: physical, operational and system. Physical
security means we lock down and log all physical access to JustEnough's servers.
Operational security means following security best practices through sound business
processes. System security means Rackspace locks down systems from the inside, with
hardened operating systems and up-to-date patching. Through the partnership, you
and your customers' data is safe and less likely to be compromised.
